On January 19, 2020, a man intentionally rammed his car into three boys who were playing a ding-dong ditch prank, resulting in their murder.

On April 28, 2023, we received justice for our sons and the survivors. The verdict is in: guilty on all counts.

We want to express our gratitude to our communities and church family for their prayers and support during this challenging time. We also appreciate the efforts of Riverside County’s District Attorney’s office and the California Highway Patrol officers, who are diligently working to gather evidence and reconstruct a comprehensive understanding of the events that occurred on that tragic night.

“Go forth today, by the help of God’s Spirit, vowing and declaring that in life—-come poverty, come wealth, in death—come pain or come what may, you are and ever must be the Lord’s. For this is written on your heart, ‘We love Him because He first loved us.’” ~ Charles H. Spurgeon

A Celebration of Life

“The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” – Isaiah 40:28b-31 NIV

“Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away, and there was no longer any sea. I saw the Holy City, the new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband. And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, ‘Now the dwelling of God is with men, and he will live with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.’ He who was seated on the throne said, ‘I am making everything new!’ Then he said, ‘Write this down, for these words are trustworthy and true’” – Revelation 21: 1-5
